We collect account and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, role, and sign-in credentials. For team members, we may also collect availability, payout details, tax forms, and other information needed to administer work.

When you use the Casa Alpaca operations app, we collect scheduling and assignment activity, checklist responses, time records, maintenance and supply reports, messages, photos, videos, audio recordings or voice notes, uploaded documents, and related work records.

We also collect limited device and technical information needed to operate the service, including device identifiers, push-notification tokens, app version, authentication and security events, and diagnostic information. The app does not use your device location for advertising or tracking.

We use information to authenticate users, deliver schedules and notifications, coordinate cleaning and property operations, support in-app messaging and calling, document completed work, process payments and tax records, improve safety and quality, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Some submitted content may be processed by artificial-intelligence service providers to transcribe voice input, organize work records, create checklist or video references, or assist Casa Alpaca staff. We use that processing only to provide and improve Casa Alpaca operations.

We share information only as needed with Casa Alpaca personnel, property owners or service providers involved in the relevant work, and vendors that host or support our systems. Those vendors may include cloud hosting, database, authentication, notification, communications, payment, file-storage, and artificial-intelligence providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use app data for third-party advertising.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational, payment, tax, and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security.

To request deletion, email reply@thecasaalpaca.com from the address associated with your Casa Alpaca account. Include your name and state that you want your Casa Alpaca app account and personal data deleted. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity before processing the request.

After verification, we will disable the account and delete or de-identify personal app content that we are not required to keep. Operational, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained for the period required for those purposes. We will explain any retained categories when responding to the request.

You may also request access to or correction of personal information through the same email address. Team-member app access can be disabled when a working relationship ends.

You can control camera, microphone, photo-library, Bluetooth, and notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related app feature from working.

The Casa Alpaca operations app is intended for authorized adult team members and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
